Old Geuze

Our pride and joy.

This is a Geuze made in the traditional way with a lot of craftmanship. It is fully organic and frankly bloody delicious. We create this bottle of wonders by blending Lambik of one, two and three years old, all brewed ourselves and matured in oaken casks. After bottling this concoction it ferments a second time in the bottle to create a sparkling result. Characterized by it's typical sour and sweet balancing act, we know you will enjoy it. After all, it is called the champagne of beers.

Fyi, in case you've already had a few, yes, that is indeed a rabbit on the label. Many thanks to emperor Charles to call our city folk 'the rabbit eaters'. A name that has stuck since the 1500's and excellent inspiration for our label.
