Raspberries

A classic which should definitely be in our lineup. Home grown and hand picked raspberries, straight from the Pajottenland, sweet and full of flavor. We add this to lambic of at least one year old, about 350 gram per liter. After four months of maturing and fermenting together and a second fermentation in the bottle, we get a wonderful pinkish color that takes you straight into summer.

Very much suited as an aperitif, pure or mixed with some prosecco, mimosa style. We don't judge. Just know your Sunday brunches might never be the same without one.
