Coulis Speciale

Our fruit explosion, the Coulis Speciale. Five different kinds of fruits, all grown by ourselves and fully organic. This beauty mixes cherries, red and green gooseberries, blackberries and red currant into an intense cocktail of fruity delight, based on lambic beer of at least one year old. All the fruit is added whole to the lambic and aged in stainless steel tanks for at least four months, where it continues to ferment. After bottling, there is a second fermentation in the bottle to develop a lovely fruity flavored carbonated beer with an impressive 300 grams of fruit per liter beer. Each type of fruit brings something to the table. Each contributing to the balance and harmony with its own characteristics. This is what makes a Coulis Speciale.

Not recommended as a substitute for your daily portion of fruit. As close as it gets though.
